The good news for Sellers is that you now have the opportunity of selling your property and up-grading to a larger or more suitable property that compliments your portfolio and your financial situation.
As history has shown us; the property market moves in cycles with its ups and downs which have its obvious benefits so don’t hesitate when there is an opportunity; take advantage of it.
