Everybody's happy after hearing the latest report from the Property Council of Australia [PCA] because the Gold Coasts overall office vacancy rate dropped to 7.1% which is a significant improvement from the 11.8% a year ago.
The Gold Coast office market is now Australia's largest non-capital city office market and new space is in demand.
