Located on Australia’s southeast coast of Queensland, the Gold Coast is quite simply one of the most beautiful places in the world to visit and to live.

The Gold Coast is Australia's theme park capital and is Australia's leading holiday playground.

Our infrastructure has become extremely strong with major freeways, hospitals, schools, universities and extensive shopping centres amongst the highest quality in Australia and leaders in world standards.

Below is a brief snapshot of just a few of the many growth areas on the Gold Coast.

Surfers Paradise
Australia's family entertainment capital of the Gold Coast offers a huge array of award-winning attractions, which draws a large number of international and Australian visitors all year-round.

Surfers Paradise is unique in that it is situated between the beach and the River.

It boasts the Gold Coast’s largest number of high rise buildings and continues to gain worldwide notoriety as a number one destination for holiday makers.

Broadbeach
Situated just south of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach is home to the Gold Coast’s largest shopping centre, Pacific Fair, along with The Oasis Shopping Centre, trendy restaurant and café precinct, Jupiter’s Casino and the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre.  The beach is an added attraction and is an easy walk from most buildings.

Southport
The traditional CBD of the Gold Coast, Southport is situated just north of Surfers Paradise with the Nerang River and Broadwater forming two of its natural boundaries and has extensive park areas along the Broadwater.

Southport is home to major shopping facilities, the Gold Coast Hospital, major medical precinct including top private hospitals, the law courts, established private schools such as St Hilda’s, TSS and Aquinas College, Griffith University and the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE. There is extensive development activity in Southport with billions of dollars being injected into the entire precinct.

Varsity Lakes
This vibrant master planned community is set around Lake Orr and has much to offer investors and owner occupiers alike with easy access to the M1, rail, schools, Bond University, major shopping and a growing commercial and retail hub.

The community includes 20km of hike and bike trails and over 56 hectares of open space.  Varsity Lakes is a short drive to the beach and to Robina with its major shopping centre, golf courses, hospital and soon to be constructed Rugby League Stadium.

Coomera
Fast becoming known as Boomera with massive residential housing growing faster then ever plus the planned mega shopping centre to be built, which is being touted as the most significant project on Australia’s eastern seaboard.

The new town centre will be built right next to the existing railway station and will include cinemas, major supermarkets, childcare centre, commercial offices, bowling alley, restaurants and even night clubs in a vision to turn Coomera into a stand alone town within the coming years.

There are already four major colleges plus a number of small to medium sized shopping centres in place and of course the very substantial Dream World, Movie World and Wet ‘n Wild theme Parks.

Coomera is situated only 35 minutes drive to Brisbane, 20 minutes to Surfers Paradise beach and 20 minutes to beautiful Tambourine Mountain.  It’s location has proved a winner.

Beenleigh and Greater Logan
Located between 20km and 35km from the Brisbane CBD the Beenleigh and Greater Logan Area boasts an efficient rail service and is located in close proximity to three major motorways.

The real strength of the Beenleigh and Greater Logan Area market lies in its affordability and accessibility, particularly for first homebuyers and has continued to experienced reasonable growth in its house prices.

As well as the Gold Coast’s internationally renowned theme parks such as Sea World, Dream World and Movie World, there also lays 57 kilometres of surf beaches, rainforests, mountains and irreplaceable national parks.

The Gold Coast is home to one of country’s finest turf clubs where each year millions of dollars are spent at the Magic Millions Thoroughbred Yearling Sales.

No matter what your budget, the Gold Coast can offer it all. From sub-tropical rainforest camp-sites to 6-star accommodation at the Palazzo Versace Hotel or from small house boats to luxury cruisers.
